A very good start. Some slight issues with layout though. Masthead is too low, strapline is too broad at the top of the page. Image is quite good despite washed out feel to Tom' face. Colour scheme is good.Could have used pink slightly more.
Contents layout is very promising. Images would be better served linking to some of the text on the left side.
